Shipping Policy

Who Actually Ships Your Products?
We maintain all of our inventory, pack and ship all of our products ourselves. This allows us to control the quality of packing and shipping and take ownership and responsibility for all shipments.

When Will My Product Ship?
Will will ship all orders weighing less than 100 lbs the same day for orders received by 12pm CST. Otherwise the shipment will go out the next day. For larger items that may require freight shipping, please allow 3-5 days for crating and safe packing.

How Will My Product Ship?
We only ship using methods with tracking numbers. Usually this will be USPS Priority or First Class, FedEx Ground or Home Delivery, or UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email when your product has been shipped. If you have a preferred shipping method you would like to use, please put in the notes section when you checkout. We can ship using expedited services for an additional fee. For high valued items, we will require an adult signature upon delivery.

Can I Delay My Shipment?
Yes!. We can delay your shipment for up to 30 days. Please indicate your wishes in the order notes. Payment will still be required up-front in order to hold your item.
